The OptiMill® Diamond Type 51 end mill delivers maximum stability and high flexibility. Three cutting-edge geometries ensure ideal adaptation to different applications: a neutral edge for varying operations, a pushing edge for thin-walled materials, and a pulling edge for soft cutting with efficient chip evacuation. The PCD cutting edges provide extremely long tool life, while optimized chip spaces ensure reliable chip removal. Direct coolant supply to the cutting edge also enables efficient cooling and optimal thermal management.
