NeoMill®-16-Finish

With the NeoMill-16-Finish, MAPAL offers a milling tool designed for the highest demands in surface quality and dimensional accuracy in series production of steel and cast materials. Thanks to easy adjustment of the finishing inserts, surface qualities up to Rz 4 μm can be achieved – while maintaining high cost efficiency. The face mills are available in standard sizes from 63 to 200 mm, making them ideal for demanding production environments. The unique combination of a 16-edge roughing insert (ONMU05) and an eight-edge finishing insert (OFGW07) ensures maximum process reliability and efficiency.
