The NeoMill-Titan is a specially developed milling system for titanium machining. Face, end, and corner mills are part of the standard portfolio. Ideally matched insert geometries and chip flutes ensure efficient chip evacuation from the shear zone. Unequal pitch of the cutting edges around the tool circumference provides high running smoothness and stable machining processes. Corner mills with double-edged radial indexable inserts feature a positive geometry for vibration-prone components. Cutting depths of up to 10 mm enable flexible and reliable machining.
